The services are delivered by certified UK doctors who are registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) and adhere to the GMC’s “Good Practice Guidelines.” Additionally, our dispensing pharmacy is regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and is staffed by qualified pharmacists, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

2. Security & Privacy

1. Medsstore employs advanced security technology, such as firewalls and Secure Socket Layers, to safeguard information transmitted through our website.
2. Your financial information is securely transferred directly to our card processing agents, who process it according to our instructions. We do not have access to this information.
3. During your site visit, we may collect necessary personal information for account setup, billing, medicine delivery, and customer queries. We retain your data only for the duration required to process your order, handle refunds, address complaints/feedback, or provide subscribed promotional information.
4. Electronic transmissions are not entirely secure or private. We recommend ensuring that any device used to access your online patient record is adequately protected against potential interception.
5. Medsstore complies with Data Protection legislation. We utilize the information you provide, along with additional data we collect, to administer and fulfill your requests for goods and services. Your personal information is not shared with any organization beyond those directly involved in service delivery, namely the dispensing pharmacy and courier service. Please note that we do not assume responsibility for informing your regular GP about medications prescribed by our doctors. If you wish us to do so, we would require your GP details and consent.

Consequently, any resulting consequences lie outside our sphere of responsibility.

5. Pricing

All prices listed on this website are in GBP and encompass VAT unless explicitly specified otherwise. However, you will be refunded the entire cost of the medicine and delivery charges.

7. Concluding a binding contract

Upon receiving an order from you to procure goods or services from us, we will acknowledge receipt of the order by sending a confirmation email to the contact email address provided by you. It’s important to note that professional codes of conduct and legal restrictions may restrict the quantity and frequency of items we can supply to you. Therefore, we are not obliged to provide quantities exceeding the permitted maximum and will only charge for the items we supply within these limits. Additionally, we retain the right to reject any order.

8. Payment

By providing payment card details, you confirm your authorization to use the card and grant us, or our payment service provider, permission to debit the full payment for the items in your order, along with any applicable postage, packaging fees, and other charges outlined in these terms and conditions.

9. Authorisation of orders for medicines

Our doctors can determine whether it’s in the patient’s best interest to receive a medicine only when they have all the relevant information. Occasionally, this might entail the doctor requesting additional information from the patient, beyond what was initially provided in response to an online questionnaire.

10. Postage Costs

Shipping and handling fees apply to all orders of medicines under £, which are sent via postal service. You can find detailed information about the various postage costs under the “Delivery” section on our website.

11. Delivery of orders

Our affiliated pharmacy will handle the dispensing of all medicines. Typically, medicines will be dispatched within 1-2 working days after the prescription is authorized by the doctor. For deliveries within the UK, all medicines are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For or Next Day Guaranteed, depending on the chosen service.

12. Returns Policy

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returned medication once it has been dispatched from our pharmacy, in accordance with UK laws governing the sale and supply of medication. Since returned medication cannot be reused by our pharmacy, refunds cannot be issued for returned medication. However, if you have any unwanted medication from an order placed with us, please reach out to us, and we can assist you in safely disposing of the medication.
If you believe there has been an error with your order and you have received incorrect medication, please contact our patient care team immediately upon receiving the order. We are committed to resolving any issues regarding incorrect medication sent to you in a manner that meets your needs.
Returns typically take up to 3 working days to process, particularly during busy periods. However, our aim is to process returns on the same day we receive them back from our courier or through the post. Please note that Medsstore assumes no liability for returns until they are received at our registered returns address with proof of signature.

13. Refunds Policy

Your refund will be automatically processed within 5-10 business days, although in certain cases it may take up to 14 days. Our goal is your satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please reach out to our patient care team, and we will gladly address any concerns you may have.
